New Overhead Squat PR
So my previous PR was 145lb, and I’ve been working on my shoulder strength, a huge weakness for me w/my hockey injuries, so was super stoked for Crossfit today. Hit 135, 145, 155, 165, then failed on 175, but coach was like you got that shit…, and wham bam thank you ma’am I got that shit, struggling, battling and it wasn’t prrrrty, but I got it…, I’ll be smiling...
