Paleo Cooking w/The Magic Elf

So my previous 1 rep max for back squat was 275lb, I was pretty stoked going in to it this week after finishing up 5 weeks of 20 rep maxing. My weeks went like this 20 x 195, 205, 210, rest week and then I ended it hitting 20 reps of 215lbs last week. So tonight I hit a new PR, a total struggle/battle but I got it in my Canadian hat for added flair, new 1rm 305lbs, boom, boom, booya! Not bad for...
