My new project, it’s a foam roller of lacrosse bars on a rope, they sell the sixer for $25+, I’m gonna make mine w/a hockey lace for under $10, it better work cause I got rubber shavings shooting everywhere! #recovery #crossfit (Taken with Instagram at My Couch)
